The factors which affect cardiovascular health are multiple, and often unknown or underestimated. All of them may submit our heart to a stress which leads to more wear than expected. There are various tools which, by means of a simple analysis, we can determine the state of our heart; that is, find out whether our heart age corresponds to our chronological age or, amounting to the same thing, measure the years of wear to our heart, as such.
In addition, we can establish guidelines which will help to improve that heart age, and immediately see how, by modifying certain values, age improves, whereby we are able to identify which modifiable parameters will have the greatest influence in improving the state of our heart, and establish a plan of action based on these improvable results , modifying the items which have the greatest impact on cardiac wear.
