Cash payments can be received in our clinic in Palma de Mallorca during our opening hours.
If we receive the cash payment you will be issued a receipt on the spot. Within 30 days of receiving your full and final payment, we will send by regular mail a hard copy of the invoice. Generally, if you request it or if we consider that it can also send a copy of your invoice in PDF via email within one or two days of full and final payment.
When you place an online order with Clínica Áureo, you pay through Paypal, Bank transfer or credit card. You will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details of the items you have purchased. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time and repay in full any payment made.
Within the confirmation of your payment 2 days, your order will be mailed. This service is included in the price you pay and no payment on delivery or import debts on their part.
