These are lesions in the form of keratotic papules on an erythematous base (mainly on the scalp, in bald areas in males, on the lips, ears, arms, and hands). They should be treated, since there is a risk of its progression to basal cell carcinoma.
There different treatments for its elimination: cryotherapy and topical products, which besides treating the lesion, also treat the damaged skin which is not visibly evident.
