On April 20th, despite the many pending tasks, we opened our doors to our first eager customers. Since then and until our opening day, we had no time to lose and we were sure of the opening date: June 4th , and still so much work to do! We carried out a beauty treatment for our clinic, we spruced it up and made it elegant, comfortable and pleasant so that our future customers feel relaxed and stress-free. What better way than to get a beauty and health treatment? Relaxed and stress-free!
To that end, we had to coordinate many things at once, not just take care of physical and aesthetic details, but also deal with providers and adjust professional aspects within our industry, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, odontology and cosmetology, and that is no small task! Details which were solved, slowly but surely. But the closer we were to the D-Day, the more nervous we became.
And the day finally arrived, “June 4th 2015”, the grand opening. We were still nervous, but the day had arrived. Interviews were held for Xisco Jiménez, partner of Clínica Áureo and RCD Mallorca player, and for Dr. Cristina Núñez Fernández, our coordinator and medical director. Bit by bit, our first guests arrived, with their smiles and their gestures of gratitude. We posed in our small photo call and held guided and unguided visits of our facilities.
Our nerves were slowly under control. The event began, there was good wine and aperitifs, music by the well-known DJ Claudia Albons… and pleasant conversations with and among our guests. The evening was looking good!
We played Clínica Áureo's promotional video (you can watch it below) which moved us and made us believe even more in our new project. We wrapped it up by giving away 10 treatments among our guests. We were very pleased to do so.
The evening was over, the nerves were completely gone, and were replaced by gratitude and joy. We wish that everyone who assisted enjoyed themselves as much as we did, and that your words of praise, if any, reach far and wide along with our passion for doing a good job.
