The anatomy of some women do not allow easy access to their erogenous areas. The G-spot, hidden on the anterior face of the vaginal canal and corresponding to posterior nerve endings of the clitoris, must be accessible in order to be properly stimulated, which is not always the case. A simple procedure in which a kind of protrusion is created underneath these nerve endings to make it jut out slightly above the rest of the vaginal mucosa, in order to make it easier to stimulate during sexual intercourse. It requires no surgery, and the patient can return to her normal life immediately.
